Who is The TWLVE?
The TWLVE was inspired by a remarkable friend named Fred, whose home on East Biddle Street in West Chester, PA, has become a beacon of community and connection. Nestled across from Marshall Square Park, Fred’s home is more than just a place to live—it’s a sanctuary where people from all walks of life come together and truly belong.
Fred’s house has been a hub of activity, filled with events that bring people closer to each other and to God. On Mondays, theology studies invite deep conversations about faith and spiritual growth. Tuesdays welcome young adults for connection, encouragement, and shared experiences. Wednesdays offer dedicated time for prayer, a chance to find peace and reflection in unity. Sundays are for family gatherings, filled with warmth and togetherness. And on the first Friday of every month, Fred hosts his unforgettable community dinners, bringing everyone to the table to share stories, laughter, and fellowship.
Inspired by Fred’s selflessness and unwavering commitment to building community, The TWLVE was born. Our mission is to carry forward the spirit of those gatherings, creating a space where prayer, worship, and fellowship thrive. Here, everyone is invited, valued, and loved—a place where understanding, respect, and compassion form the foundation of meaningful relationships.
The TWLVE continues to reflect Fred’s heart for community, offering gatherings that unite people from diverse backgrounds and foster genuine connection. We believe in the transformative power of togetherness and are dedicated to providing a space where everyone feels at home, just as Fred has so graciously created.
As we look to the future, we’re excited to grow this mission, ensuring that the spirit of connection Fred has nurtured in all of us continues to flourish and inspire others.
Whether you join us for worship, volunteer your time, or simply share our story, you’re helping us build on Fred’s incredible example of compassion and community.
